Body: Join us for an evening of progressive political original music at Toto's coffeehouse. Woody Guthrie would be writing tons of protest songs were he alive today. Woody was always an advocate for the worker, the environment, peace, and justice. Come enjoy the protest songs written by today's local songwriters. WWWD will feature politically progressive singer/songwriters performing their most political songs, with perhaps a few old favorite political covers thrown in for good measure. The WWWD series will encourage songwriters to write new political material, and give them a venue for presenting this important material. | ||
