The Cass County Democrats will have a booth at the Cass County Fair in Pleasant Hill from July 17-21. We have a great list of volunteers who have already signed up to help staff the booth. However, we still need a few more good Democrats for Friday from 6-8 pm and on Saturday from 2-4, 4-6, and 6-8. To sign up, please call Karen at 816-804-7442. Start: 8:00 am

The next Coffee With Cleaver: Englewood Café, 10904 E. Winner Rd, Independence, MO Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 8:00 until 10:00 AM. Congressman Cleaver invites everyone to come and talk about concerns and issues of the day at his monthly meetings. Come get acquainted with your Congressman. He wants to hear from you and share the latest news from our capitol. Start: 8:15 am

The July Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast meets Saturday, July 21 at The Woodlands, 9700 Leavenworth Road. This month our speaker will be Congressman Dennis Moore. A buffet is available at 8:15 am and the program begins at 9:15. Cost for the buffet is ten dollars, which includes tax, service and tip; seven dollars for students and those with limited income. All Democrats are welcome to attend. Reservations are requested by Thursday, July 19, but not required. Contact scottmackey08@yahoo.com or call 913-788-9328. Start: 6:00 pm
