The Cass County Democrats will have a booth at the Cass County Fair in Pleasant Hill from July 17-21. We have a great list of volunteers who have already signed up to help staff the booth. However, we still need a few more good Democrats for Friday from 6-8 pm and on Saturday from 2-4, 4-6, and 6-8. To sign up, please call Karen at 816-804-7442. Start: 8:00 am

The next Coffee With Cleaver: Englewood Café, 10904 E. Winner Rd, Independence, MO Saturday, July 21, 2007 from 8:00 until 10:00 AM. The July Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast meets Saturday, July 21 at The Woodlands, 9700 Leavenworth Road. This month our speaker will be Congressman Dennis Moore. A buffet is available at 8:15 am and the program begins at 9:15. Cost for the buffet is ten dollars, which includes tax, service and tip; seven dollars for students and those with limited income. Join us on the last Saturday of July at the Creekside Bar & Grill for another edition of What Would Woody Do? The Creekside is owned and operated by a good union firefighter family.
